For your protection and to guarantee the integrity of our Surveys, all participants are verified through a UNIQUE REGRISTRATION NUMBER that we issue by return email upon verification of your credentials. Please write "Registration" at the beginning of your email, and include your UNIT NUMBER, NAME and MAILING ADDRESS. Hold onto your registration number as it will be good for furture surveys. Unless requested otherwise we will use your email address only to let you know when your future vote is requested or there is important news or documents available that could impact your condominium. Our ability to contact you via email helps keep our Association fees down by reducing the cost of expensive mailers, so please be sure to mark our emails to you as "not spam" so you don't miss important updates. We do not share your email addresses with anyone, and you can opt out of future mailings if you choose, in this form by including an "opt out" request.
